Job Description
The Associate Director, New Business Development & Member Engagement for Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship is responsible for overseeing member account management and recruitment.
This position leads a small team focused on member engagement and is responsible for supervising additional staff who act as account managers.
The position is responsible for developing procedures and reporting processes to continuously improve account management.
This position also oversees new business development from current members including sponsorship, advisory and onsite training.
They will assist in proposal development for additional member engagement activities. Their focus will be to ensure the Center for Corporate Citizenship develops and maintains strong, long-lasting partnerships with our member companies.
Full-Time Equivalent Hiring Range : $90,100 to $112,600; salary commensurate with relevant experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Five years of experience managing corporate accounts with a proven record of retaining and growing customers
- This position may travel as much as 10% of the year to attend our courses, annual conference, and meet with members.
