The Program Manager, Facilities is expected to generate value to the facilities department by setting a competitive vendor landscape strategy while establishing business performance metrics and reporting within the work order platform.

The starting salary for this role is $80K; commensurate with experience.

What You’ll Do :

Own the ServiceChannel platform and all associated functions

Set up business rules that increase call avoidance, streamline WO submission, and automate dispatch for both repair and planned maintenance

Collaborate with the ServiceChannel representatives to ensure full optimization of the platform

Build and generate reports to help Facilities team make informed decisions

Manage integrations of Hertz' systems with ServiceChannel

Develop and manage quarterly operations inspections

Manage quarterly SOX Compliance reports

Work collaboratively with internal department members for trainings and process improvement

Develops the strategy for supplier negotiation, SOW / SLA development, award recommendation, business case presentation, risk management assessment and cost controls.

Builds relationships with vendors and key suppliers.

Executes analyses and makes suggestions for improvement in sourcing strategy including end to end TCO strategies while challenging the way commodities are currently sourced.

Help develop an annual budget based on sourcing needs for the project portfolio.

Collaborates with Global Procurement to create value-focused strategies to align with department goals.

Proactively seeks business optimization cost savings while developing data-driven business cases to support these initiatives.

Stays current on industry market trends, best practices, legislative and technology changes related to Design and Construction with the goal to deliver continuous cost, performance and process improvement

What We’re Looking For :

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering

5+ years of experience within procurement, operations, or other relevant experience

Advanced Excel skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Negotiation skills

Strong presentation skills

Solid business judgment

Ability to understand and articulate the total value of a deal or negotiation

Desired Education / Qualifications

Association for Supply Chain Management certification

Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM)

Working knowledge of Lean Construction and / or Lean Six Sigma certification
