Responsibilities
- Work with Product Owners (POs) and stakeholders to thoroughly analyze and document current manufacturing processes.
- Define and implement optimized "To-Be" processes that align with SAP deployment objectives, focusing on operational efficiency and quality improvements.
- Lead process mapping sessions and workshops to gather insights and prioritize necessary adjustments for SAP implementation.
- Ensure SAP system modifications are aligned with production needs and verify quality standards are met.
- Serve as the key point of contact between manufacturing stakeholders and the SAP deployment team to ensure seamless communication and manage expectations.
- Actively engage with stakeholders to collect feedback, prioritize key manufacturing enhancements, and ensure alignment with overarching business strategies.
- Provide regular updates, including product demos and system implementation progress, ensuring visibility and alignment across teams.
- Address and resolve stakeholder concerns, ensuring a smooth transition and fostering strong relationships.
- Support the SAP ARP Deployment team in transitioning from legacy SAP systems to SAP PEA (PAA), ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Track and evaluate deployment outcomes against key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring objectives are met.
- Conduct post-deployment analysis to identify process optimization opportunities, driving continuous improvement and enhanced productivity.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Industrial Manufacturing Engineering (ME) or a similar field.
Hands-on experience with SAP PEA and PGI is essential.
Strong project management experience, particularly in the deployment of systems within a manufacturing environment.
Technical proficiency in manufacturing process optimization and system integration.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across different teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges and find effective solutions.
Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments, with a focus on delivering results under pressure.
Ability to work effectively in multinational, cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on project objectives
