Snack Bar Attendant
The Snack Bar Attendant is responsible for set-up, organization, sanitation, and production and service of food and beverage items, as well as closing and storage for individual workstation.
Snack Bar Attendants must be outgoing and willing to enhance the Member or Guest experience!
Responsibilities
- Responsible for set-up of daily inventory, preparing and organization of the snack bar for the day
- Preparation of and storage of all food and beverage items necessary to operate snack bar in adherence with ClubCorp quality standards
- Communicate with Food & Beverage Manager when special products are needed or if having problems with food quality or presentation
- Consistent presentation of daily snack bar food items as designated by the Food & Beverage Manager
- Responsible for the daily proper financial closing of the snack bar and cleaning duties including Daily Inventories
- Responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and snack bar area
- Ensuring all Opening and Closing Checklists are complete
- Must arrive on time and be prepared to be on your feet for multiple hours
- Must adhere to Ohio Liquor Laws
- Must make sure that all billing is done properly
Job Requirements
- Must be 21 or older
- Prior food and beverage experience preferred
- Must work well with little supervision
- Ability to read and decipher tee sheets
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
