We are looking for a commercial real estate sales agent to lead our efforts in representing landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers in our commercial transactions.
The ideal applicant will assist our clients in finding key investment properties and development opportunities. Knowledge of the local real estate market and a knack for developing long-lasting business relationships are a must.
This position requires a current real estate license or the willingness and ability to get one. We can help you.
Join our team, and we’ll provide you with continuous in-person training seminars, mentoring, and coaching. We include administrative support, social media management, and marketing materials.
The salary is all commission and can be a great career for someone with the right sales skill sets willing to invest in our proven techniques.

Compensation :
$100,000+ at plan commission
Responsibilities :
- Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner
- Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client
- Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to help ensure future growth
- Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients
- Be fearless in building new relationships by phone and old-fashioned shoe leather sales
Qualifications :
- Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language
- Independent and self motivated
- Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities
- Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising
The most successful agents have at least four of six traits / skills / experience (the more the better) :
- Social Media presence with significant followers (LinkedIn is the best)
- Marketing / Advertising
- Comfort in prospecting by telephone or knocking on business doors
- Financial levers behind real estate / construction decisions
- A significant amount of decision-maker contacts in any industry that leases, buys, or builds commercial real estate
- Must have a valid Real Estate License or be in the process of completing necessary courses to secure a Florida Real Estate License
- Not only wants to participate in but enjoys working with a team approach
