We are seeking a Technical Product Manager with a strong technical foundation and proven
experience in managing products from concept to launch. This role requires hands-on
management throughout the product lifecycle, from technical planning to market launch. The
ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to deliver
products that meet market demands and technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead technical product planning and strategy, defining and prioritizing technical
requirements and specifications.
Develop MRDs (Market Requirement Documents) and PRDs (Product Requirement
Documents) with prioritized features and specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and
manufacturing, to ensure technical feasibility and market alignment.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, assess competitor products, and establish
technical product positioning.
Manage the product lifecycle, from technical development and testing to launch and
post-launch analysis.
- Oversee product quality standards, certifications, and regulatory compliance processes.
- Engage with vendors and suppliers to assess new technologies and ensure product
quality and scalability.
Provide ongoing technical support and training for internal teams on product capabilities
and features.
Analyze and report on product performance data, leveraging insights to optimize future
iterations.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a strong technical aptitude is essential.
- 5+ years of experience in technical product management, preferably in consumer
products or water technology.
Strong technical knowledge of product development processes and manufacturing
workflows.
Proficient in data analysis and familiarity with tools such as MS Excel and data
visualization software.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to translate complex
technical details into clear information for various teams.
Familiarity with quality assurance processes, product certifications, and regulatory
requirements.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities
effectively.
Bonus Skills) :
Experience in the water treatment or filtration industry , particularly with commercial-
grade systems.
- Understanding of CAD software for reviewing technical designs.
- Knowledge of industry standards and certifications related to water quality (e.g.,
