You will play a critical role in development and execution of Transformation strategy and initiative plans, stakeholder engagement, partnering with all levels of resources across CS&O and AT&T Business.

Supporting CS&O Business Pillars in achieving their financial targets through design, implementation, and / or adoption of process only, automation, vendor, and / or labor Transformation initiatives.

Identifying and implementing necessary changes to enable performance overseeing multiple areas of a business, implement operational changes and deliver measurable improvements.

Key Responsibilities : Must be a strong self-starter with the ability to partner, stakeholder, and collaborate across and with other AT&T organizations, bringing different perspectives to consensus on solutions, securing buy-in and support for solutions, and communicating to influence adoption of solutions.

Must be comfortable presenting to and interacting with senior leaders.Must have a thorough knowledge of the organization (processes, procedures, tools, applications, systems, etc.

coupled with a strong business background in order to fully support the transformation of the organization. Ability to define, design and implement processes into the organization and facilitate change through consulting and collaboration.

Strong skills / mindset for strategic planning and roadmap management. Provides support in one or more of the following areas : Internal Processes including creation and management of policies / standards / processes, process improvement and transformation, and tool deployment;

Vendor relations; Analysis / Reporting including metrics, scorecards, performance analysis and gap identification; Will work across multiple internal and / or external organizations, running with multiple initiatives at any given time.

Manage highly complex projects and programs, catering to both short-term and long-term business needs.Monitor and evaluate project / program deliverables to ensure they meet or exceed business expectations.

Assemble account and project / program teams, allocate responsibilities, identify necessary resources, and create schedules to ensure the timely completion of projects / programs, meeting all deadlines.

Execute life cycle account management tasks at the operational level as required for effective project management.Maintain a deep understanding of project / program scope, objectives, and team roles to efficiently.

Required Qualifications : 8 - 10 years of experience related to developing, designing and implementing process, policies and standards, process improvement, and deployment.

Must have a thorough knowledge of the technical organization (processes, procedures, tools, applications, systems, etc.) coupled with a strong business background.
