- Deliver exceptional hospitality-quality cleaning services.
- Perform all tasks on schedule with maximum efficiency.
- Work with the community management team to identify opportunities to enhance Member. experience
- Act as eyes and ears of building to identify and resolve issues.
- Conduct daily building walkthroughs for quality control assessment.
- Identify and set priorities based on communications with community management team.
- Arrive to work at scheduled time.
- Clean and maintain restrooms.
- Clean and maintain kitchens.
- Load and unload dishwashers.
- Remove kitchen garbage.
- Brew coffee and restock supplies (as needed.
- Clean and organize refrigerators.
- Clean and reset conference rooms (including : dry erase markers, white board erasers, prepare white boards, prepare tables, reset chairs, empty trash).
- Reset furniture
- Reset equipment
- Clean carpets / floors
- Spot clean glass walls and doors including inside and outside of private offices.
- Clean common spaces and hallways, reset and prepare furniture, dust, vacuum carpets, wash floors.
- Clean phone booths including dust, vacuum, disinfect phone handles and prepare doors.
- Clean private offices including floors, glass doors and remove trash as scheduled.
- Take garbage and recyclables to loading dock and / or dumpster.
- Prepare spaces for the hosting of events (setup and break down).
- Maintain building and floor lobbies.
- Maintain elevator cars and doors.
- Prepare and maintain copy rooms (including the restock of : pens, copy paper, staplers, staples, paper clips, tape and tape dispensers).
- Maintain staircases throughout the building including emergency stairwells.
- Periodically dust light fixtures, design fixtures, ductwork, HVAC dampers, furniture vacuuming, sanitation and stain removal.
- Move ins / outs prepare private offices.
- Track supply inventory and notify management of re-order needs.
- On-call for building staff during work hours.
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures relating to performance of tasks and / or use of supplies.
- Work together with Community Specialists to create a world class environment.
- Proven Team Player - ability to work with a team and achieve daily and monthly goals.
- Self-starter - able to identify work that needs to be done and does it without required instruction.
- Courteous and professional - able to perform tasks at hand when Members are onsite.
- Attention to detail eye for property detail and for issues requiring attention.
- Organized and responsive pays attention to processes and special requests.
- Ability to solve practical problems using reasoning skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent job experience.
- Ability to communicate in English.
