A company is looking for a Customer Service and Support Representative (Tier I) to handle sales and support calls / chats and assist customers with technical problems.

Key Responsibilities : Answer incoming communication and troubleshoot customer technical problems with software and hardwareAssist customers with deployment, configuration, problem triage, and troubleshooting of software productsImprove customer references by writing and maintaining documentationRequired Qualifications : Experience working in a production environment with knowledge of video production workflowsFamiliarity with ProPresenter and / or other Renewed Vision productsGeneral computer troubleshooting knowledgeCustomer service experience in a written formatAbility to work independently and within a team with minimal supervision
