- Review approved positions
- Creates and post positions both internally and externally
- Updates and maintains the organization’s website and any other electronic job boards
- Works with managers to identify hiring needs
- Review resumes
- Source candidates
- Interview candidates / selection
- Present job offers
- Assists with the On-boarding process
Requirements :
- BA or BS preferred
- PHR certification as it relates to recruitment is desirable
