As an Administrative Training Specialist you will play an integral role in enhancing administrative staff's skills and competencies by identifying training needs while developing and delivering training to new and existing staff and managers.
In addition to training, this role provides onsite administrative coverage.

- Hours : 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm Job Duties : Provide training for new and existing administrative staff and managers both in person and virtually Virtual training experience;
- weekly / biweekly Facilitate trainings as directed, including Clinic Site Directors and other stakeholders as directed Including take notes and or presenting information in Administrative Leadership trainings Provide ongoing support and mentorship to the administrative department, serving as a resource for continuous learning and skill development Conduct on-site observations for front office workflows and training opportunities as requested by ARM Feedback is reported to the Administrative Resource Manager, Administrative Site Lead and Clinic Site Director Identify training needs and opportunities for process improvement Provide interim on-site management and front desk coverage as assigned by ARM Quickly gain an understanding of the organization's culture, build on its strengths, and reinforce core values Instill a sense of professionalism, excellence, and clear operating philosophies at all Nystrom locations Other duties as assigned Qualifications : High School diploma or equivalent required;
Undergraduate degree in healthcare business operations, education, or behavioral health preferred Experience working in Nystrom & Associates administrative roles preferred Preferred experience working in health care facilities and an interest in behavioral health Able to travel up to 50% to all Nystrom clinic locations as needed for on-site training or interim coverage.
