Our client is looking for a Temporary Receptionist to join their growing team!
The Receptionist is a temp position in the Nashville area with a fully in-office schedule!
Responsibilities :
- Answering phone
- Answering doorbell
- Greet clients and visitors and escort to the conference room
- Receive Packages
- Keep kitchen clean, including unloading dishwasher, and stock with drinks / snacks
- Keep reception area and conference room clean throughout the day
- Take out trash daily
- Water plants (Front desk and Conference Room)
- Changing lightbulbs
- Restocking printer paper and toner in copier
- Printer support for office staff
- Ordering office supplies and kitchen items Some in person shopping, but primarily online
- Order and pick-up lunch occasionally
- Coordinating services (cleaning, AC repair, appliance repair, etc) as needed
- Company credit card receipt collection and statement verification
- Print labels, envelopes, etc. as needed
- Scanning and other ad hoc duties Qualifications :
- HS Diploma
- HS Diploma
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong communication skills
