- Maintain relationships with local vendors, suppliers, and travel partners to ensure a seamless travel experience for clients.
- Design and customize travel itineraries that meet the specific needs and preferences of clients, including transportation, lodging, dining, and activities.
- Provide detailed and accurate information to clients on travel requirements, visa procedures, travel insurance, and other important travel-related information.
- Work closely with clients to understand their travel goals and provide recommendations that align with their interests, preferences, and budget.
- Stay up-to-date on travel trends and industry developments to provide clients with the most current information and recommendations.
- Manage client relationships throughout the entire travel planning process, including booking, payment, and post-trip follow-up.
- Ensure that clients have a positive and memorable travel experience and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of client travel preferences and feedback to inform future travel planning and improve the overall client experience.
- Continuously develop and enhance knowledge of the destination or region by attending industry events, networking with peers, and participating in training programs.
