About the Role : As a Senior Event Marketing Manager, you’ll lead all aspects of event production, from conception to execution.
You’ll work closely with our team to ensure client objectives are met, overseeing project planning, timelines, and budgets.
Your attention to detail and proactive mindset will help you deliver flawlessly executed events that exceed expectations.
Responsibilities Include : Leading the planning and execution of events, managing logistics, production, and technical elements.
Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinating with the team to track and report on project progress and maintain cost-effective operations.
Reviewing and refining project proposals, ensuring alignment with client goals. Conducting vendor research, managing site visits, and coordinating setup.
Preparing essential event documents, including production schedules and run-of-show scripts. Collaborating on digital campaign strategies that amplify event success.
Qualifications : 3-5 years of experience in event production or project management, with hands-on experience in on-site event production.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently while adhering to deadlines. Strong budgeting and vendor coordination experience.
Excellent written and communication skills, with experience in client-facing roles. Team leadership experience is essential.
Spanish language skills are a plus, enhancing our connection with bilingual audiences. Requirements : Proficient in English;
Spanish is an advantage. Authorized to work in the USA. Based in Miami Beach, FL, with the ability to work from our office and at outdoor venues.
