- Starting pay $23.28 able to earn up to $30.10 within your first 18-24months!
- Schedule 2,2,3 schedule - 12hour shifts (2 weeks on days and 2 weeks on nights)
- Rotational hours are from 6 : 45am to 7pm and 6 : 45pm to 7am

Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Niagara Falls, as the General Labor :
Perform various cleaning tasks such as sweeping, shoveling, hosing, and power washing.
Maintain a safety-first mindset, adhering to all company and regulatory safety protocols.
Operate basic industrial machinery including fork trucks and bobcats.
Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and troubleshoot problems.
Work in various environmental conditions including extreme weather, and be prepared for a physically demanding role with many steps and stairs.
Make safe and quick decisions in a dynamic work environment.

1-2 years of manufacturing background is preferred.
Experience with basic machine and hand tool operations.
Ability to operate fork trucks and bobcats preferred.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions and be coachable.
Proven track record of being reliable and punctual.
Ability to take initiative in a fast-paced setting.
