Position Summary
Reporting to the Senior Director of Asset Management, the Renovation Specialist is responsible for a variety of tasks associated with property and apartment renovations ranging from large to small projects.
These projects may include painting, drywall repairs, flooring, general repairs, kitchen renovations, door replacements, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, etc.
Education and Experience :
- 3+ years of related renovation, remodeling, or maintenance experience
- Proven plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience
- Knowledge and ability to perform general maintenance and renovation practices
Other Requirements and Abilities :
- Must have access to a reliable vehicle for traveling to job sites (monthly auto allowance provided)
- Willing to travel out-of-state if needed
- Must have your own tools to bring to job sites
- Self-motivated with attention to details
- Ability to comply with all company safety processes and procedures
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
