RemX is seeking a Accounting Clerk for a company in the Union City, CA area !
Essential Duties / Responsibilities :
- Scanning Invoices
- AP Coding
- Processing Vendor Invoices in SAP
- Pulling Concur back up for SAP Indexing
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma / GED or Equivalent Experience is required
- SAP experience and college degree preferred
- Experience in Accounts Payable
- Keyboarding and Ten Key skills by touch or sight
- Experience in large workloads
- Must be detail oriented with ability to maintain accurate records with ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Problem solving with a positive and professional demeanor
- Must be able to work independence and have excellent time management skills
