Project Manager

Our Project Manager position at Fiduciary Real Estate Development, a multi-family real estate development firm, may be a fit for you!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee all phases of multi-family construction projects, including pre-construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams, including consultants, designers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring all parties are aligned with project goals and timelines.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure that projects are completed within financial parameters.

Identify and address potential cost overruns.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that milestones are met, and any delays are proactively managed to keep the project on track.
  • Work in close coordination with Project Superintendent to create the projects weekly work schedule to ensure that the project goals are met.
  • Review monthly invoices and oversees documentation and approval needed to ensure timely funding for the project
  • Represent Fiduciary Real Estate Development in the subcontract negotiations

General Requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience managing work in the construction industry
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of technical training and / or related experience
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) are a plus.
  • Ability to actively maintain relationships within the construction contracting industry
  • Possess exceptional organizational and planning skills (detail-oriented person)
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems independently
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
