About the Role : The Digital Project Manager will play a critical role in advancing the capability and effectiveness of the entire business logistics to meet the organization's growth and productivity targets.
This person will be integral in the planning, execution, and learnings of projects. Success will require building a partnership with all cross functional areas across the company to reinforce and improve upon existing project and program methodologies that meet customer objectives, while creating value for all parties.
What You’ll Do :
Manage all operational aspects of projects including workflow, timelines, UI / UX, development, API implementation, quality assurance, DevOps, deployment, and budget tracking of a range of digital solutions on multiple platforms.
Retain expert understanding of product, program, and project for exceptional execution.
Work collaboratively and proactively with product owners, designers, software developers, business intelligence, quality assurance, marketing managers, account executives and clients to define requirements and plan, scope, and estimate projects.
Maintain, distribute, and communicate important technical documentation including Business Requirements Documents and Technical Specifications
Create, review, and evaluate project plans, including budgets and timelines, alerting appropriate staff at the first sign of any potential risk or barrier that may prevent work from being completed.
Continuously evaluate project requirements and resources.
Provide quality control before sending any work to clients.
Clearly communicate current technical solutions to non-technical clients and advise on best approach for software programs.
Work to increase the general comfort level of account teams with digital technologies by detailing and presenting potential usage scenarios.
Build and maintain working relationships with all stakeholders within the company and with the client teams.
Assist Account Directors in sales presentations / conferences when required.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and develop integration strategies to improve new and current offerings.
What We’re Looking For :
5+ years account or project management experience utilizing Agile methodology such as Scrum
PMP Certification, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) and / or experience as an agile coach preferred.
Strong knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes and testing.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects, prioritize work and meet deadlines
Robust project planning / execution skills including estimating, scheduling, and executing on committed schedules / budget
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
Proficient in utilizing project management tools such as JIRA
Excellent judgment, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Comfort in a fast-paced environment
