• Provide specialized care : Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes.
• Administer medication with expertise : Take charge of administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and compassion, always ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Thorough documentation : Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care meticulously, ensuring accurate and comprehensive patient records.
• Empower patients and families : Educate patients and families on the disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies, fostering understanding and empowerment in managing their health effectively.

Qualifications

RN Qualifications :

• Current North Carolina Registered Nurse License is required.
• Active Nursing License in good standing (required)

• Good Organization and Effective Communication
• Home Health Experience (preferred)

LPN / LVN Qualifications :

• Current North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse License is required.
