Job Overview
Salary Range : $85-125K
This position is a full-time, remote opportunity.
Position Summary
The role of the Project Manager - IT Infrastructure and Security is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.
The IT Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
- Plan, track, and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
- Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary
- Develop, direct and manage project development from beginning to end
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
Skills and Experience
- 1+ years’ direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution
- 3+ years' experience working in IT infrastructure field
- Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Asana, Jira, Wrike
- Competent and proficient understanding of enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, Time and Attendance.
- Technically competent with various software programs, such as Excel, Work, Lucid ChartStrong use of project planning and management tools (MS office : Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint along with VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Graphs, etc.)
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field of study or project management

La función del Gerente de Proyecto - Infraestructura y Seguridad de TI es planificar, ejecutar y finalizar proyectos de acuerdo con plazos estrictos y dentro del presupuesto.
Esto incluye adquirir recursos y coordinar los esfuerzos de los miembros del equipo y contratistas o consultores externos para entregar proyectos según el plan.
El Gerente de Proyectos de TI también definirá los objetivos del proyecto y supervisará el control de calidad a lo largo de su ciclo de vida.
Deberes y responsabilidades
- Definir el alcance, los objetivos y los entregables del proyecto que respalden los objetivos comerciales en colaboración con la alta dirección y las partes interesadas.
- Establecer y gestionar continuamente las expectativas del proyecto con los miembros del equipo y otras partes interesadas.
- Planificar, realizar un seguimiento y programar los cronogramas y los hitos del proyecto utilizando las herramientas adecuadas.
- Estimar los recursos y participantes necesarios para lograr los objetivos del proyecto.
- Redactar y presentar propuestas presupuestarias y recomendar cambios presupuestarios posteriores cuando sea necesario.
- Desarrollar, dirigir y gestionar el desarrollo de proyectos de principio a fin.
- Identificar y resolver problemas y conflictos dentro del equipo del proyecto.
Habilidades y experiencia
- Más de 1 año de experiencia laboral directa en capacidad de gestión de proyectos, incluidos todos los aspectos del desarrollo y ejecución de procesos.
- Más de 3 años de experiencia trabajando en el campo de la infraestructura de TI.
- Gran familiaridad con el software de gestión de proyectos, como Asana, Jira, Wrike.
- Comprensión competente y competente de los sistemas empresariales como ERP, CRM, tiempo y asistencia.
- Técnicamente competente con varios programas de software, como Excel, Work, Lucid Chart. Fuerte uso de herramientas de planificación y gestión de proyectos (MS office : Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint y SharePoint junto con BUSCARV, tablas dinámicas, gráficos, etc.)
