Job Summary : Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is looking for a qualified and compassionate CNA / NA to join our Windward Caring team in our Honolulu, HI location as a full-time individual contributor.
The ideal candidate would possess excellent communication and organizational skills and have a passion for providing superior, quality care to our clients in our facility.
Compensation & Benefits : In exchange for the CNA / NA's hard work and dedication to our company, we offer a competitive salary of $18 - $20 per hour, paid weekly.
The CNA / NA will also receive access to benefits such as health insurance, vacation pay, and retirement plans. Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling Choose your own shifts Full-time / Part-time On-call positions Workplace Selection : Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace / Clients that suit your preferences Responsibilities :
- Provide direct care to our clients as dictated by each client’s individualized Care Plan
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and grooming
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality
- Document and report any changes in clients’ condition to the appropriate supervisor
- Provide general emotional support and companionship
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-stress environments while displaying a caring and compassionate attitude
- Ability to work independently or within a team setting Requirements :
- High School Diploma.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nurse Aide (NA) certification.
- Knowledge of basic geriatric care principles.
- Previous experience in patient care preferred.
- Ability to pass an extensive background check.
