We are growing and our Stockroom Department is currently looking for a Stockroom Supervisor.
What will you do?
- Ensure smooth running of the department by organizing, coordinating and participating in all the stockroom operations
- Coordinate and assign daily tasks
- Ensure that all the KPIs are met in a timely manner with attention to detail (orders shipped correctly and on time, jobs picked and delivered to CNC, parts maintained in correct location and count etc.)
- Handling all stock related parts' transactions in ERP system
- Pull and analyze order reports
- Ensure a good communication with Customer Service and Planning
- Actively seek and implement improvements to the current processes to eliminate errors
- Maintain Stockroom environment well organized
Requirements :
- High School Diploma
- Basic computer knowledge including basic Excel skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift to 60 lbs repeatedly
- Positive, can-do, and team player attitude
- Outstanding organizing skills
- High attention to details
- Sense of urgency
- Previous experience in customer service and or stockroom leadership preferred
