Soliant Education is actively seeking three dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teachers for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year in the Johnston, RI area.

Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
- Provide direct instruction and support to students with varying disabilities
- Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure student success
- Monitor and assess student progress, making necessary adjustments to instructional strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and progress
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and growth
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Valid state certification in Special Education
- Experience working with elementary school students preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
- Dedication to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment
