The Inventory Associate is tasked with ensuring the integrity of our inventory and will be stationed within the inventory department at the Corporate Office.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
Key fundamental skill sets for this role will be :
- Perform inventory functions daily within the distribution center.
- Audit inbound and outbound lanes while supporting location team needs. Run audit reports using but not limited to the following;
- Arhaus reporting
- Arhaus POS software (Storis)
- Physical accounting of exceptions
- Conduct exception audits routinely covering both physical and system locations.
- Running daily, weekly, and monthly audits; the goal being to protect the integrity of the inventory.
- Ensures all company policies, and procedures are followed.
Competencies and Qualifications :
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Experience : Minimum of 1 year in inventory-related roles, including warehouse, delivery, or returns experience, and familiarity with UPS shipping and return processes.
- Computer Skills : Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office, and Outlook, with experience in WMS or delivery software, and UPS shipping software.
- Knowledge : Understanding of general warehousing and distribution practices, including order processing, picking, shipping, and returns.
- Flexibility : Willing to adjust work hours as needed to meet business demands
