- POSITION INFORMATION
- Position summary :
- The Office Coordinator retains the primary responsibility for the daily operations of the Coumadin Clinic. The Office Coordinator will perform various clerical tasks and will be heavily oriented with patient contact regarding telephone and in-person interactions.
The Office Coordinator will also have direct interaction with pharmacists and physicians. Excellent communication and patient service skills are required.
The Office Coordinator is responsible for scheduling patients, maintaining patient records, renewing yearly orders with physicians, and ordering all supplies.
Confidentiality of patient information must be maintained.
- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Education :
- High School graduate or equivalent
Required length and type of experience :
Two (2) years of office or hospital experience with direct interactions with patients including in-person interactions and telephone interactions.
