Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients, société de gestion, un(e) juriste titrisation.
Sous la Directrice Juridique, vos responsabilités seront :
- Réaliser la négociation et l'analyse des contrats de titrisation
- Réaliser le suivi au niveau des avenants
- Réaliser de la vieille juridique
- Support l'équipe juridique sur différents sujets
- Tâches connexes
Description du profil :
- BAC +5 en droit des affaires / droit bancaire / droit financier
- Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire
- Maitrise de l'anglais
- Expérience au sein d'un acteur du secteur bancaire ou d'un cabinet d'avocats ;
