We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bilingual Leasing Professional to join our growing team! In this role, you will manage all apartment leasing activities and transactions on behalf of our clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for potential tenants.
Responsibilities :
- List and lease residential apartment units to prospective tenants.
- Negotiate lease agreements and contracts with tenants.
- Conduct property tours for potential tenants, showcasing available units and amenities.
- Prepare market analysis to help determine property values and competitive pricing.
- Educate clients on basic leasing procedures and policies.
- Verify and disclose property facts to clients to ensure transparency and trust.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in real estate, property management, or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases.
- Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills to advocate effectively for both clients and the company.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
