This position will perform a variety of loan and deposit duties associated with the strategic goals for Arizona Central Credit Union Business Financial Services.
Summary of Responsibilities :
- Core System maintenance. Perform necessary account file maintenance and process transfers and / or payments for businesses transactions on the core system.
- Collections management. Manage and assist in the collection of delinquent business and commercial loans.
- Purchased and Sold Participation loan processing to include payments, boarding and funding.
- Prepare loan documents for simple and complex business and commercial loans with appropriate structure, covenants, conditions, and language with the utmost accuracy.
- Prepare loan boarding packages.
- Post funding processing.
- Tickler system management.
- Perfection of loan collateral in the form of deeds, mortgages, assignment of rents, title liens, UCC Filings, etc.
- Loan servicing for commercial and portfolio loans, include but not limited to quoting and processing loan payoffs, payments, insurance and property tax related documentation, release of collateral.
- Maintain a working knowledge of business deposit account functions, systems, and documentation.
- Provides support with deposit account openings, documentation, maintenance, and update member profile.
- Maintain a high degree of technical, policy and procedural understanding with respect to business and commercial lending functions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Five to eight years commercial loan documentation / servicing / processing experience within the business and commercial lending area with demonstrated experience in advising deposit and loan applicants.
