Job Description :
Test Technician role available with a manufacturer of various military and defense products, ranging from filters to rocket control modules.
The Test Technician role involves operating and maintaining test equipment, executing test cycles, processing and analyzing test data, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
This position requires working from 12 : 00pm - 8 : 30pm, Monday through Friday, with potential weekend shifts. Initial training will be on the first shift for several weeks, depending on the candidate's proficiency.
Pay ranges from $30-$36 per hour, with an additional $2 shift differential.
Hard Skills :
Minimum 4-5 years of Test Technician experience
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
- Proficiency in using electronic test equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, digital volt meters and more.
- Knowledge of electronics test methods, techniques, and documentation.
- Strong skills in electrical, mechanical, or other relevant disciplines.
- Experience in reviewing documentation and testing verification requirements.
- Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO 9000 quality standards.
- Previous work experience with military products and / or DOD is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting skills down to the component level.
- Relevant certifications, such as IPC certifications for electronics testing, may be advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

This is a fully on-site position in Tustin, California.
