Job Summary
We areseeking a Business Development Specialist to join the West HubDivision of the LTC Business & Project Development Department.
The division will be primarily responsible for the activities ofWest HUB Project Development under the Liquid to Chemicals Program(LTC) and drive the development of project assessment and thedelivery of project requirements during FEL I FEL II and FEL III.
Additionally the function will be solely responsible for leadingthe formation & activities of the Integrated Project Team (ITP)the formation of project steering committee or equivalentcommittees to drive major project decisions.
The candidate willensure implementation of work in accordance with the project scopeset plans and handle contingencies that arise duringexecution.
Responsibilities :
- Provide technical input to LP (LongRangePlanning) and economics modeling.
- Developchemical process yields qualities and balances for various processconfigurations within the refining and chemical units.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in selecting processlicensors and analyzing technologies for chemicals derivativeprocesses.
- Offer insights and recommendationsbased on the financial model outputs guiding management inselecting the best configurations for LTC (LongTerm Capital)projects.
Requirements :

- Hold a Bachelors degreein Engineering from a recognized and approved program.
- Possess a minimum of 15 years of experience with aspecific focus on the Refining & Chemicals business.
- Have prior experience in Linear Programming (LP) andEconomics Modeling.
- Demonstrate expertise ininfrastructure management 3rd party collaboration and interfacemanagement.
- Possess experience in executioncommercial aspects and project financing within theindustry.
