Client Services Representative - Wealth Management
JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer Support Specialist Financial Services (NOT A CALL CENTER POSITION)
Shoreview, MN
12+ months potential to go perm
W2 Rate - $21.00-23.00 / hr
Hybrid Schedule One week onsite / one week remote; Training will be in three tiers
Requires onsite interview in person
Requirements :
- 6+ months customer contact in financial services
- 6+ months in a role as a bank teller, personal banker, account executive or any cross product selling role within a bank
- Ideal candidates come from the following backgrounds : bank teller, personal banker, financial services representatives, trade support, underwriting / loan handling specifically with jumbo loans, wealth management complaint / resolution positions
- This is NOT a call center position this is providing customer support primarily through case review and email responses
- Must have strong written and verbal communication - primarily focused on written responses
- Interact with Financial Advisory functional area on wider range of inquiries or requests, as well as internal and external customers
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
- 6 months experience (or recent coursework) within investment / brokerage / trade / wealth management / trust
- Interest in obtaining (or currently holding SEI license)
