- Strategic Counsel : Provide expert counsel to executive leadership / C-suite on high-impact communication initiatives, including strategy development and execution.
- Cross-Functional Communication : Develop comprehensive strategies for effective cross-functional communication, ensuring alignment across all departments and regions.
- Content Creation : Write, edit, and proofread various content types, including companywide emails, press releases, website content, and RNDC collateral such as flyers, posters, and advertisements.
- Social Media Management : Oversee content creation and management for all social media platforms, maintaining a consistent and engaging online presence.
- Team Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and ensure messaging aligns with company values and objectives.
- Media and Industry Monitoring : Monitor media, social landscape, industry trends, and competitor activities. Provide regular reports and analysis to inform leadership decisions.
- Employee Branding : Support strategies to promote RNDC’s employee branding initiatives, fostering a positive corporate culture and engaging employees as brand ambassadors.
- Event and Meeting Management : Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, meetings, and presentations. Ensure seamless logistics and communication support, aligning events with overall communication strategies and objectives.
