Gerald McDonald opened this company to fulfill his dream of providing unparalleled commercial electrical services.Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Lead field operations for electrical projects, including coordinating manpower, materials, and equipment to achieve project goals.

• Monitor project progress, schedule adherence, and budgetary performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.-Collaborate with Project Managers to develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.-Conduct regular site inspections, quality assessments, and subcontractor coordination to ensure work meets quality standards and specifications.
• Manage an install team of 10-15 people onsite with ability to lead by example.-Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members to promote teamwork and project success.

The ideal candidate should possess : -Minimum of 10 of experience in commercial electrical construction, with at least 5 in a supervisory or leadership role.

• Master Electrician license certification preferred-Ability to grab the tools and hands dirty when needed.-Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Familiarity with industrial electrical equipment and systems, including VFD motors,, transformers, PLCs, control panels, pipe bending, and instrumentation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.-Proven track record of successfully managing electrical projects from start to finish.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Project Site, ViewPoint, or Primavera P6.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred.-Be Detailed, Thoughtful, Deliberate, Technically Sound, People Builders with Intergrity.
