About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Senior Manager of Marketing Insights to join our global digital marketing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving marketing insights, reporting directly to the Director of Data Strategy & Governance with a focus on campaign measurement, strategic insights and competitor / market intelligence.

You will play a key role in developing and implementing frameworks for measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, aligning them with objectives, and providing actionable insights to enhance future performance.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical expertise, strategic thinking and strong business acumen. You will collaborate closely with marketing teams and external partners to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with broader business goals and supported by data-driven insights.

You will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to distil key data points and present them to stakeholders in a clear and engaging manner.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement robust measurement frameworks that align marketing campaigns with overarching business and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams at both the business unit and enterprise levels to advise on and establish measurable campaign objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and incorporating clearly defined KPIs, tracking mechanisms and performance reports for all campaigns.
  • Lead the analysis of key marketing campaigns to assess performance against KPIs, providing actionable insights to improve future campaigns, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders as appropriate to ensure comprehensive data coverage.
  • Develop and manage a structured reporting schedule that ensures timely delivery of actionable insights to stakeholders, driving informed decision-making and optimizing marketing performance to meet objectives.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive competitor benchmarking framework, utilizing a variety of data sources to analyze competitor strategies, performance and market positioning.

Translate insights into actionable recommendations that support the business.

  • Foster a culture of experimentation by designing and executing A / B tests and other experimental approaches to optimize marketing performance.
  • Leverage advanced marketing technology and data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI) to generate, present or enhance marketing insights.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to share insights, benchmarks and best practices across the marketing organization to improve marketing effectiveness, educate colleagues and inform stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of post-graduate experience in marketing analytics, insights, or business intelligence roles within a global organization, ideally within management consulting or a data-driven environment.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position will not sponsor applicants for work visas.

Preferred Skills

  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Expertise in data analysis, marketing performance measurement, and competitive intelligence. Strong proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Ability to connect insights with business objectives and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to global marketing stakeholders and senior leadership.
