Wenger Corporation is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator you will contribute to Wenger Corporation's strategy to provide an exceptional customer experience by coordinating all aspects of order fulfillment for standard product projects, including project correspondence, engineering drawing coordination, in-scope and on-time delivery and installation.
Please note : This is a remote position that requires periodic travel to the Owatonna, MN facility. Therefore, candidates should reside within a commutable distance to the facility.
At a minimum, you will need :
- Two-year degree or Project Management certificate or equivalent experience
- Proficiency Microsoft Office suite
It'd be great if you also have :
- Experience with Project Management software (TaskRay preferred), ERP software (Epicor preferred), CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
- Demonstrated project management skills
As a Project Coordinator, a typical day might include :
- Serving as a single point of contact to customers after a project becomes an order
- Developing, tracking, and updating multiple project schedules in a fast-paced environment
- Professional interactions with internal collaborative teams including Sales and Sales Services, Product Managers, Customer Service, Project Engineering, Planning, Distribution, Installation and Credit
- Coordinating design submittals with Project Engineering and Wenger customers and their representatives
- Coordinating field measurements, finish details, and site readiness documentation, integrating with Wenger's manufacturing schedule
- Communicating all project changes and resolution with appropriate Wenger Corporation team members
- Addressing field issues and coordinate Return to Site visits to ensure timely resolution
