Patient Educator Serenity is seeking a Patient Educator for our Superior office. Our Patient Educators are a team of people that own the initial communication to the Providers on behalf of our patients.
You proactively give the provider and patient exceptional service as you gather essential information to direct their experience.
In this role, we are looking for people who have the ability to be personable and demonstrate empathy while initiating delicate conversations regarding the patient's personal history.
Trigger Warning : Working with suicidal patients, listening to trauma from PTSD patients, and having a responsibility to support these patients may be triggering for some people.
Essential Job Functions Educate our patients on the treatment options Serenity provides. Gather, review, and verify all pertinent information in relation to the patient and their visit.
Communicate directly with participating healthcare Providers regarding patient's care. Demonstrate compassionate support, attention, and assistance to patients.

At least 2+ year of full-time work experience Experience with confidently resolving common patient or customer concerns.
