Work Schedule : 100% FTE, 40 hours / week. 8-hour day / evening shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 : 00 AM - 8 : 30 PM.
Weekend and holiday rotation required per Department Policy. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of department.

- Provide consultative and rehabilitation treatment services to patients in the Emergency Department and complex patients in acute care settings.
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes and plan of care.

Education : Minimum - Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required. Work Experience : Preferred -Two (2) years prior relevant experience.
Licenses and Certifications : Minimum -
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin is required.
