Client Service / Operations (Advisor Transitions)
Full Remote or Hybrid (Raleigh or Charlotte, NC)
Wealth management firm seeks self-directed / entrepreneurial professional with relevant experience to take full responsibility for account opening / advisor transitions, acting as primary client contact / guide during migration and ensuring satisfactory onboarding process.
Requirements :
2+ years industry client service or operations experience; prior exposure to custodian platforms (Schwab preferred) and portfolio systems (Orion or similar)
Independent-minded self-manager; detail-orientation / strong multitasking skills are a must; ability to communicate with clients and across organization
Compensation will be competitive / market rate with aggressive incentive compensation
