Position : Workday HRIS Business Analyst

Salary : $110,000-$160,000 per annum
Position Overview :
The HRIS Business Analyst will play a critical role in providing both functional and technical support within the Workday HCM environment.
This position requires extensive knowledge across multiple Workday modules, such as Absence, Time Tracking, Performance, Business Processes, Security, Reporting, and Configuration.
The role involves project leadership and troubleshooting to deliver solutions for various technical and functional concerns.
Key Responsibilities :
- Configure, test, and deploy Workday security designs into production, including role-based and domain security.
- Create, modify, and maintain organization security roles and policies, providing support for all Workday user-based and role-based security concerns.
- Manage and understand security domains within Workday and apply them to business processes effectively.
- Utilize Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Dashboards to support reporting needs.
- Support and implement feature release updates and Workday system enhancements.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with minimal supervision, conducting in-depth analysis of errors.
- Provide daily operational support for Workday users and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Conduct system and UAT testing for updates, customizations, or other configuration changes.
- Manage concurrent projects with minimal oversight and deliver analysis to resolve system / application issues.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks within a fast-paced environment, while balancing competing priorities.
- Adapt and develop skills as new Workday functionalities are delivered and support HCM and applicant tracking systems.
- Propose process or system improvements to senior management.
- Assist with audits related to data within HCM or applicant tracking systems.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Workday HCM design and support in an HRIS or IT capacity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Workday Pro Certification is advantageous.
