Job Title : Mendix Developer / Tester
Location : Onsite / Remote in New York / New Jersey
Job Description / Responsibilities
- Data Validation : Should be able to ensure data accuracy and consistency between source systems (mainframe / SQL Server) and the target Mendix database.
- Scrum Participation : Should be able to actively participate in daily scrum meetings and update the team on testing progress.
- SQL Proficiency : Should have familiarity with SQL, which is preferred for effective data validation and query development.
- Data Quality Assurance : Should uphold high standards of data integrity and consistency.
- Collaboration : Should be able to work closely with developers and architects to resolve project-related issues.
- Reconciliation Reporting : Should be able to validate reconciliation reports and provide sign-off for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Defect Management : Should document and track defects and discrepancies using Azure (Defect Tracking Mechanism).
- Test Case Development : Should be able to create and implement test cases and scripts based on design documents.
- Team Training : Should be able to train and mentor team members on testing methodologies for the Mendix database.
