Sharepoint Developer

Position Summary
The SharePoint contractor is responsible for working through the process of transitioning our company from SharePoint 2013 on-premises to SharePoint Online.
The ideal person will assist with this transition and be someone well-versed in best practices for security, site templates, and Power Automate.
Responsibilities :
- Setup SharePoint security
- Create site templates
- Setup development environment for SharePoint Online
- Determine best practices for use for site setup
- Design and develop solutions using SharePoint online and Power Automate
- Provide documentation for solutions
Required Experience :
- At least 3 years of SharePoint online experience is required.
- Experience setting up new Communication & Team sites
- Experience setting up site templates
- Experience with SharePoint security best practices
- Power Automate experience (Flow & Forms)
- Experience with SharePoint search, strongly preferred
- Experience with SharePoint governance, strongly preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to plan and organize workload, adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Solid interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build relationships in a small team environment as well as with external parties.
- Bring a positive team player attitude that is dependable and committed to the objectives given.
