JOB DESCRIPTION -

Position

Marketing Cloud Technical Architect

Key qualification

6+ years of Strong Salesforce experience with 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Demonstrate a solid technical understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud standard methodologies and functionality including Email studio, Mobile Studio, Automation studio, Journey Builder, Interaction Studio, Ad Studio and Audience Builder

Experience of Leading client workshops to facilitate best practice solutions and designs for marketing automation.

Coach and guide team members in the execution of a complex Journey set up and development, SMS campaigns, mobile app notifications, data model development and SFMC APIs

Comfortable working independently with little or no supervision while maintaining a high level of efficiency, within a distributed remote and global organization.

Real time marketing, Streaming API's / REST / SOAP / BULK

Automation Studio, AmpScript, Database integration, Database management, custom dev journey components

Certified Salesforce marketing cloud system Administrator and Developer

Demonstrable aptitude in AMPScript and SSJS

Demonstrable aptitude in HTML, CSS, and / or JavaScript

Demonstrable expertise in Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio

Demonstrable expertise in Salesforce CRM reporting & analytics

Experience with mobile app SDKs and API integrations

Familiarity with HTML, XML, CSS and JavaScript

Familiarity with security standards such as TLS, SSL, data encryption

Experience with Marketing Cloud REST / SOAP API integrations

Experience with Marketing Cloud intelligence is preferable.

Experience with one Customer Data Platform (Salesforce CDP, Adobe Experience Platform, Segment, etc.), would be a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead Discovery and technical design sessions : Lead Discovery technical design sessions and architect technical solutions
• Define technical strategy : Work with stakeholders to understand business goals and define technical strategy
• Design and document solutions : Design and document end-to-end solutions for key business requirements
• Lead code reviews : Lead code reviews to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed
• Communicate with non-technical stakeholders : Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives
• Create technical documentation : Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and user guides.
• Train and support end-users : Provide training and support to end-users as needed.
