Job Duties
Responsibilities :
- Perform and document incoming inspection of parts, materials, supplies, and subcontracted work used in the service of articles
- Assists QA with monitoring shelf life, calibration, shop cleanliness / organization, fod control, etc..
- Ensure that contracted services performed on articles is according to the customer’s instructions and / or current overhaul manuals, drawings, service bulletins, technical orders, airworthiness directives, work orders, etc. as required
- Perform inspections after teardown, cleaning, and assembly, including test and calibration if appropriate for the item being inspected
- Verify that only serviceable parts and materials are used in the service of articles
Job Qualifications
- Three (3) years Quality control inspection experience in aviation.
- 145 repair station experience highly desired
