- Works steadily to fulfill administrative duties and has experience overseeing a learning management system,
- Looks forward to traveling within the state and out of state, to provide trainings, organizational leadership, coaching, and other forms of support,
- Organizes and oversees systems, processes, and methods of training and supervising with successful outcomes, including development training schedules, curricula, and chairing committees,
- Is eager to supervise direct reports, and provide them with the developmental experience to maximize their potential, and
- Takes on other duties as needed, and has a calm attitude in the face of change and challenges.
This position acts as the face of the organization, and you will have contact with all of NFI’s personnel throughout the year and at different times.
You will be an ambassador, a diplomat, an instructor, a coach, and a guide all in one, and elevate the work experience for all of our staff by elevating their competence and confidence.
You will report to the director of quality and development and be part of the quality and development department, overseeing the training department.
You will have at least one direct report, a training associate, and are responsible for the training, oversight, and evaluation of trainers in the training pool, made up of staff who work in other departments.
Salary : $75,000 -$85,000 commensurate with experience
Five years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required, master’s degree preferred; supervisory experience is also required;
however, we reserve the right to consider alternative criteria in the event that one’s experience and / or degree do not match the qualifications exactly.
