Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end implementation for high-touch clients, including planning, setup, data migration, and go-live supportServe as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, ensuring a smooth transition to the platformProvide technical support post-go-live, including troubleshooting issues and assisting with customizationsRequired QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in payroll and HRIS implementationStrong understanding of HRIS and Payroll systems, including data migration and configurationExperience in project management tools and support ticketing systemsDemonstrated ability in customer support and troubleshootingExcellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple implementations concurrently
