Now hiring for an Indianapolis Medical Front Desk Receptionist.
Responsibilities :
- Answer phone calls and direct as needed
- Greet patients upon arrival
- Register patients for appointments
- Accept co-pays
- Navigate the electronic practice management software (i.e. medical records, patient management systems, scheduling systems).
- Create files
- Assist with sales
- Collect insurance and payment information
Qualifications :
- Experience working in a medical setting required
- Familiarity with SRS and / or Allscripts preferred
- Experience in prior authorization required
- Must be familiar with various types of insurance plans
- Knowledge of dermatology or aesthetics preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Minimum HS diploma required
This position is full-time and in office.
