We are looking for a Parts Advisor to join our team immediately. Preferred candidates are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and patient.
A minimum of one year of retail or wholesale parts experience will be required. Experience in the automotive industry is ideal but not necessary.
Successful candidates are great at building relationships and are team players.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
- Communicate with vendors and customers on parts status
- Answer phone calls, providing customers with price quotes and other information
- Pull and fill orders from stock
- Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers
- Locate parts from outside sources
Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience :
- Minimum of one year in a retail or wholesale parts department
- High school diploma or equivalent
- General PC knowledge
- How can I help you? communication-style
- Able to read and comprehend documents, such as instructions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Pay is salary plus commission based based on department sales.
- Possess a clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
