Contract Recruiter needed for a high-volume portfolio company needed to meet complex and emerging staffing needs! You provide a consistent and positive experience for candidates and internal partners and are willing to roll the dice.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :
This position will be a dedicated resource for a growing company and will be working exclusively with their internal HR Team.
To attract and select the best talent, the contract recruiter will collaborate closely with Managers and the internal HR / TA team.
You will assist department leaders in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending prospective employees. You will also work on developing appealing job postings and recruitment marketing.
You will also :
- Actively source, screen, and qualify candidates using various applicant tracking systems. (Paycor preferred)
- Assist in posting jobs to various job boards
- Maintain and develop a network of potential candidates for pro-active market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Generate innovative ideas to attract diverse talent pools
- Build strong relationships with internal hiring managers and senior leadership
- Support initiatives that help to create a best-in-class talent acquisition process.
- Attend and coordinate hiring events virtually or in-person
- Maintain spreadsheets and develop weekly reporting to present to leadership on recruiting status and candidate tracking.
- 1099 Contractor
- Other duties as assigned.
What you bring to the tab le :
The Contract Recruiter works with a diverse group of people and must have excellent organizational skills. You should be motivated by a desire to help others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, be energetic and humble, and be able to work independently.
You should also have :
- Degree in Human Resources, Communications, or related field
- 1-2 years of recruiting experience within a mid-size to large organization
- Familiar with sourcing tools, Boolean search strings, and similar
- Proficient in social media recruitment strategies, LinkedIn Recruiter
- Existing relationships with colleges / universities and professional organizations is a plus
- Great phone skills and relationship building abilities.
