FOOD & BEVERAGE OPERATIONS MANAGER - ARROWHEAD STADIUM

Job Description

Aramark is currently seeking a Food & Beverage Operations Manager to support Arrowhead Stadium, home of the Kansas City Chiefs! The Operations Manager is responsible for providing general support overseeing premium and concessions operations across the stadium for all special events and non-game days.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee premium operations across clubs, suites, and catering special events
• Support overseeing concessions operations for NFL games and special events
• Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport
• Assist clients in planning special events and providing creative solutions to clients' needs
• Manage staffing, train and lead employees to ensure event standards are followed ensuring quality in final presentation
• Provide completed Banquet Event Orders to team and provide quality assurance all requests are met prior to event
• Deliver food and labor targets and ensure accurate maintenance of P&L statements
• Bring value through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management
• Follow all applicable policies, rules and regulations, including but not limited to those relating to safety, health, wage and hour

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or at least 2 years of related experience required
• Previous management or supervisory experience in hospitality, catering, or special events operations required
• Ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships required
• Must have excellent interpersonal communication and client relation skills
• Must be comfortable working in a collaborative team dynamic
• Complete Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications as required
• Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs. and ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Must have availability to work flexible event-based hours including evening, weekend, and potentially holiday hours
